Order Processing & Delivery Schedule

• Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday – Friday

• Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping is FREE on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO

addresses.

tracking details once dispatched.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

• Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

• Check all possible delivery locations (porch, neighbour, etc.)

• Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
